ListMaker is a collaborative list-making application that allows users to create, share, and vote on lists. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ListMaker to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or distribute unsolicited content

5. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. Payment processing is handled by Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund information.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using ListMaker, you grant us a license to store, display, and share your lists and with whom you choose.

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law, but have no obligation to monitor all content.

7. Limitation of Liability

ListMaker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
