Refund Policy

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at refunds@kohnkemail.de with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of your subscription purchase
  • The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed via Paddle within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be applied
  • Your data will remain accessible (within free tier limits)
